Where setten quality is born
The clayey soil particularly suitable for the cultivation of the vine, the low yields and the use of the best agronomic practices, allow to obtain quality grapes. The best grapes, only of our production, carefully selected, are destined for the production of bottled wines.

Equally divided between white and red berries, the varieties present are the “international” and the “native” ones that most represent the territory, such as Glera which gives rise to Prosecco, Pinot grigio, Pinot nero, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Raboso, an ancient native grape variety.
Attention to detail
The training systems used are Sylvoz, Guyot and spurred cordon.
All the new systems are equipped with a localized drip irrigation system.
